Fast and Permanent Marking Without Consumables

The T2E/M is an electric dry-embossing machine designed to permanently imprint production dates, expiration dates, batch numbers, and alphanumeric codes on paper, cardboard, or card stock boxes—without using ink or consumables.

Thanks to the system with thermally treated steel punches, the marking is precise, durable, tamper-proof, and readable under any condition. The marking cycle is extremely fast—just 0.7 seconds—allowing for a productivity of 12,000 to 20,000 pieces per day, depending on the operator’s insertion speed.

Flexible customization in 3 lines of text

The character holder can accommodate up to 3 lines of punches, allowing simultaneous marking of production date, expiration date, and batch number, adapting to different layouts and space constraints. Characters are available in 3 heights:

  • 2 mm: up to 15 characters per line, maximum length 30 mm

  • 2.5 mm: up to 16 characters, maximum length 40 mm

  • 3 mm: up to 13 characters, maximum length 39 mm

The punch change is quick and easy, using the tweezers included in the kit, ensuring seamless updates between batches.

Robustness, quiet operation, and no consumable costs

The entire structure of the machine is made of painted iron and high-quality components. It does not require any consumables (inks, cartridges, or ribbons), completely eliminating operating costs. Moreover, the machine operates very quietly, making it ideal for shared environments and office settings.

Adaptable to any packaging format and type

  • Insertion depth up to 80 mm

  • Movable side and front guides for perfect positioning

  • Rotating character group for marking in any position (even on large boxes)

The marking pressure is manually adjustable via the upper ring, allowing adaptation to materials of different thicknesses.
