A professional electronic embossing machine that performs dry stamping on registers, single sheets, and continuous form documents. It is capable of embossing up to 30 sheets in a single operation or automatically validating bundles of forms with varying lengths, which can be programmed into 20 different memory settings.
Embossing module: The operation is hydraulic, fully controlled by an electronic control unit, resulting in the absence of vibrations and noise. The control unit, with its built-in devices, prevents the machine from jamming if an excessive number of sheets is fed; it also features an anti-double embossing device that initiates only one embossing cycle per pedal press.
The control panel, located on the front of the machine body, includes the pedal socket, fuse holder, and safety key lock, as well as two indicator lights: a green light indicating that the machine is powered on, and a red light that illuminates only during the embossing cycle.

Work comfort is enhanced by a large support surface with rounded edges and the adjustability of the four leveling feet at the base. The number of sheets that can be processed simultaneously depends on the paper weight. When mounting the engraved punches, it is advisable to specify on which side of the sheet the embossing will occur.
Feeder module: Electronic type, with quick program selection; variable speed in both acceleration and deceleration; automatic synchronization during the processing cycle; LCD control panel with membrane keyboard.
A paper presence sensor electronically intervenes at the end of the job or in the absence of paper.
It is possible to perform embossing of single blocks even during the processing cycle of continuous forms.
