  • Perforations can be made in any style requested by the customer, as long as they fit within the total allowed dimensions for length and height.

It is important to specify whether the perforation should be made at the top or bottom of the sheet.

Permanent perforation of fixed texts

Perfodoc/TF is a high-precision electric perforator, designed to securely and permanently mark documents requiring authenticity with fixed texts (e.g. VOID, PAID, CANCELADO, PAYE, QA APPROVED, or the company name). It can perforate forms, cards, labels, films, and plastic materials in a permanent way.
It is also ideal for protecting original documents with non-erasable perforations, ensuring long-term security and traceability. Especially suitable for organizations that need to carry out numerous perforations daily with speed and efficiency, this machine offers reliable protection against counterfeiting.

Perforation capacity of up to 25 sheets simultaneously

The Perfodoc/TF can perforate up to 25 sheets simultaneously, depending on the paper weight and the number of characters to be marked. This capacity makes the machine ideal for work environments that demand high efficiency.

Available Styles

Automatic start and minimal effort

This machine is equipped with a microswitch that enables automatic perforation. The operator can start the process simply by touching the microswitch with the documents to be perforated, by pressing the start button, or by using an optional foot pedal. In any case, the document will receive a permanent and authentic marking, without any effort from the operator.

Consistently precise perforation position with adjustable guides

The machine is equipped with a support plate and two movable guides (side and depth) that allow precise positioning of the documents to be perforated. This system ensures perfect alignment, minimizing the risk of errors during perforation and improving the quality of the work.

Advanced Version – Perfodoc/DTF and Perfodoc/NTF

Perfodoc/DTF allows the user to customize a date along with fixed text, with a total of up to 4 lines of perforation.
Perfodoc/NTF, on the other hand, allows the user to compose custom text (numbers/letters) in addition to fixed text, also up to 4 lines in total.

Security key included

For enhanced protection, the Perfodoc/TF is equipped with a security key. This feature prevents unauthorized use of the machine, ensuring that only qualified personnel can access and operate it, thereby increasing workplace safety.
