Permanent perforation with letters and numbers or a combination of both

The 998/N is designed to securely and permanently mark documents with sequential numbers, identification codes, alphanumeric initials, or short texts. It can be configured to add fixed or variable texts on multiple lines, making it perfect for uses such as internal identification, batch coding, archive management, certifications, and quality control.

High perforation capacity, up to 30 sheets at a time

The machine can perforate up to 30 sheets simultaneously, depending on the number of characters, their size, and the paper weight. This high capacity allows for efficient work even with large volumes of documents, consistently maintaining excellent precision and clean perforation performance.

Easy and quick character change

Text setting is done by moving fixed external levers attached to the selector rollers or by using a movable pin that fits into the rollers. This allows easy modification of the letter and number combinations to be perforated, making the machine flexible for varying uses over time.

Customizable character heights and styles, and available versions

The 998/N offers the possibility to perforate with different styles and character heights (6 mm, 7 mm, 8.5 mm, and 10 mm). It can perforate up to 26 characters per line, for a maximum of 5 total lines, which can include fixed texts and/or dates in addition to the desired line. This flexibility allows companies to customize the marking according to the available space on the document, always ensuring a neat and legible result.

Automatic start and effortless operation

The machine offers various start options, including a sensitive microswitch, a manual button, and an optional pedal. This allows the operator to start perforation with minimal effort, increasing productivity and reducing fatigue, even during long operating sessions.

Perfect alignment even on defined spaces

The 998/N is equipped with a sturdy support plate and adjustable movable guides (side and rear) that allow for extremely precise sheet alignment. This is especially useful when marking must be done within preprinted spaces or defined areas, ensuring perfect visual consistency and a professional finish on every document.

Capability to perforate up to 4 lines of text

Advanced version 998/ND

The 998/ND offers the customer the possibility to compose any date + any text at the time of perforation, which can include up to 4 lines of text.

Security key for controlled use
